The same is true for positive mental energy and action that your brain takes mentally to focus on those thoughts as well.

What this mental energy gets used on is completely up to you so the question is, how do you know when you are using mental energy effectively? This can be broken down like this: Think of the wording of mental energy. The abbreviation of mental energy are the letters M and E. Looking at it, you notice that those letters spell a small little word that we often forget about in our day to day living-ME.
