Cindynela Breskic is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She is also actively pursuing licensure in New York state. She works exclusively with individuals using a hybrid model of therapy, combining virtual tele-therapy and in-person sessions, for private practice with Orlando Thrive Therapy, Coaching, and Counseling.

Cindynela uses an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions, along with life coaching strategies, to give her clients the right tools they need to reach their personal goals. Her passion for helping others is helping them see past their barriers, and giving them the support and tools they need so that they can do more than just survive. Cindynela enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds, including millennials, adult women and men, recent college graduates, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Cindynela also specializes in specific focused work with women who struggle with codependency issues, setting healthy boundaries, and developing their self-worth or personal identities outside of their relationship(s). She has a unique and tailor-fit approach to help her clients process difficult emotions, set targeted goals, and develop a strong core sense of purpose and strength, especially for those who are going through difficult life changes. She strongly believes that no problem is too big to rise above and is passionate about giving you the tools you need to thrive!
Cindynela is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,) EFIT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals,) Biofeedback, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT. She also uses Gestalt Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques. She believes strongly in the mind-body connection and teaches clients dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, negative thought patterns, emotional regulation, and life changes, specific therapy techniques to process those feelings more positively. She teaches all of her clients about the power of emotion and specific techniques to help reframe negative thought patterns. Her goal is to empower her clients to develop their inner strength so they can begin to Thrive!
Clinical Background
Cindynela a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holds a Master of Science degree in psychology from Grand View University. Her mental health experience in the psychology field prior to private practice included professional direct care support to adults suffering from chronic mental illness and substance abuse. In addition to her clinical experience, Cindynela also has a zest for life and connects easily with her clients. She is compassionate and kind, with a strong drive to help all of her clients learn to thrive.
