Lauren received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont and her Master of Science degree from Stetson University. Her clinical experience began with non-profit agency work helping clients who struggle with addictions, poor boundaries, unhealthy coping skills, and toxic relationships. Through this type of agency work, she became more motivated to pursue additional certifications in her personal time that would expand her clinical skill set to the private practice setting. She became proficient in anxiety relief techniques, relationship counseling expertise, and self-empowerment modalities. She looks forward to teaching individuals and couples the techniques she has mastered so they can get the most out of their lives and their connections with others.
