Shaped by both lived experience and professional training, she specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, addiction, codependency, grief, perfectionism, self-esteem, trauma, and major life transitions. She understands the courage it takes to begin this work and considers it an honor to walk alongside clients as they move through it. In sessions, Riley serves as a collaborative partner, integrating evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, expressive arts, and mindfulness with somatic techniques such as grounding, body awareness, and breathwork to support healing at both the cognitive and nervous system levels.
